I’ve carried the MRF Multitools Universal Tool Card (UTC) for a long time now.
Unlike most credit card multitools, the UTC is actually a tool that’s worth carrying. It’s far better than any other that I’ve carried, and I’ve used it very frequently.
It was so useful, I had a custom leather wallet built for it.
It’s time for an upgrade, so I’m looking at the newer version of the same tool, the 60+Tools in One Universal 3.0 Toolcard.
Made of 440c steel hardened to 52-54 HRC Carbon Stainless Steel, the new tool is even better than its predecessors. With all the different functions, it still doesn’t loose it’s primary functions of cutting, prying and measuring.
The MRF Credit Card Universal 3.0 Toolcard is a combination of a small measurement device that engineers would drool over and a survival tool that is actually useful.
Obviously, the tool has two blades which can actually be sharpened, just like your pocket knife. These blades can get really sharp too, so it’s good that the tool comes with a free leather case to protect your pocket!
The multitool can also be used as a hatchet, can opener, bottle opener and has many other uses, as seen here.
